专利说明:
Technical field of the invention The present invention relates to the technical field of the method for the production of jewelry and on the jewelry produced by this method. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method of making jewelry in which the jewelry is made of plastic. State of the art As jewelry or jewelry pieces are referred to in today's language essentially objects that serve the beautification of persons by being worn directly on the body or on clothing. The most commonly used jewelry pieces are bracelets and bracelets, finger rings, earrings or collars or necklaces). While jewels today are mostly worn by women, there are also jewelery for men (e.g., men's rings, but also tie-nails, cufflinks, etc., which may also be considered jewelery). In addition to the pure decorative function jewelry can also have the role of a status symbol or (especially in jewelry made of precious metals and / or gemstones) also serve as a financial investment. The use of jewelry can be traced to the earliest history of humanity. Thus, various jewelry items were already found in the excavations from the Stone Age. These first pieces of jewelry were mainly made from stone, bone, shells or snails. Later other materials were used, for example metals (especially precious metals like gold, silver or copper). In modern times, there are also pieces of jewelry made of wood, glass, leather, paper or plastic. Very different plastic materials and corresponding different manufacturing processes can be used for the production of jewelry. For example, there are pieces of jewelry that are poured from liquid plastic into the desired shape. Other pieces of jewelry, in turn, are milled out of a solid plastic element, similar to the manufacture of metal workpieces. Lately, a production by the 3D printing is also applied, thanks to which now quite new shapes can be created. PET (polyethylene terephthalate) is a very commonly used plastic. In particular, beverage containers (the so-called PET bottles) but also films or textile fibers (polyester) are produced from PET. Due to its good physical and chemical properties, good body compatibility and a very high availability of PET is sometimes used for the production of jewelry. Here, a distinction can be made between jewelery made from "new" (ie freshly made) PET and jewelery from used PET articles (for example PET bottles). In concrete terms, conventional methods are used to produce jewelry pieces made of new PET, for example injection molding or stretch blow molding. PET recycling for the production of jewelry is based on an article made of PET, so that it is suitably converted and processed into a piece of jewelry. However, all previously known methods for the production of jewelry from used PET, especially PET bottles, have in common that the jewelry produced by this method always assume the aesthetic properties of PET. Thus, the jewelry produced in this way can only be recognized as recycled objects due to its appearance. Since PET is usually not considered as a high quality material, the previously known methods for the production of jewelry from used PET are not necessarily for the production of aesthetically valuable or high quality jewelry. Brief description of the invention An object of the present invention is to provide a new method for the production of jewelry made of plastic available, which allows the production of aesthetically valuable or high quality jewelry. In addition, this method should also enable low-cost production. Another object of the present invention is also to provide the jewelry produced by the process available, so in particular jewelry from used PET, but which are still aesthetically valuable or high quality. According to the present invention, these objects are achieved in particular by the elements of the independent claims. Further advantageous embodiments are also evident from the dependent claims and the description. In particular, these objects of the invention are achieved by a method for the production of jewelry made of plastic, in which a plastic element is provided; the plastic element is subjected to a targeted heating by means of a heating element until the plastic element has a predetermined temperature and / or a predetermined deformability; the heated plastic element is brought into a predetermined shape by means of a shaping element; and the molded plastic element is reworked to make the jewelry. Thanks to this method, pieces of jewelry can be made of plastic in a particularly simple manner. Specifically, in this way, the shape of the future jewel is first determined, and the final appearance is thereafter performed in a post-processing step. In an advantageous manner, after the step in which the heated plastic element is brought into a predetermined shape by means of the molding element, the plastic element is further subjected to a targeted heating by means of the radiator until the plastic element again a predetermined temperature and / or a has predetermined deformability, and then brought by means of the shaping element a further time in a predetermined shape. Thanks to these additional processing steps, the shape of the future piece of jewelery can be determined very finely. It is also possible in this way to selectively reduce the internal stresses in the plastic in order to achieve a specific shape. In a particularly advantageous manner, the steps in which the plastic element is heated and brought into the predetermined shape can be repeated any number of times. This addition allows an even better fine-tuning of the production process with the aim of being able to optimally produce jewelery tailored to the needs of the customer. After the step in which the heated plastic element is brought by means of the shaping element in a predetermined shape, the plastic element can be subjected to a targeted cooling by means of a coolant in an advantageous manner. For example, the coolant may be the water cooled to a predetermined temperature. The variety of heating and cooling leads to an even finer design and thus allows to achieve even better quality of the jewelry. The post-processing of the molded plastic element may advantageously comprise at least one of the following processing steps: polishing, grinding, rounding the edges, painting and / or attaching ornaments. This jewelry can be made with any consistency, texture or appearance. Also, any sharp edges can be rounded so that the piece of jewelry can be worn easily. The plastic used can in particular be PET (polyethylene terephthalate) and the plastic element can be made available by cutting out of a PET bottle. PET bottles can thus be transformed into valuable pieces of jewelry, which makes a contribution to recycling on one side, and on the other hand aesthetically high-quality jewelry can be made of a relatively cheap material. At this point, it should again be emphasized that the present invention relates in addition to a method for the production of jewelry made of plastic on a piece of jewelry produced by this method. This may in particular be a bangle, a finger ring and / or an earring. Of course, other jewelry are quite conceivable. Further details of the invention will become apparent from the following description of particular or preferred embodiments of the invention, which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. This description also provides the further advantages of the present invention and suggestions and suggestions on how the subject matter of the invention can be modified or further developed within the scope of what is claimed. Short description of the drawing Reference to an illustrated embodiment, the invention is explained in detail. Show it:<Tb> FIG. 1 <SEP> is a schematic representation of a conventional PET bottle;<Tb> FIG. Fig. 2 is a schematic representation of the PET bottle of Fig. 1, from which the threaded portion for the lid and an annular portion have been cut out of the bottle body;<Tb> FIG. 3 <SEP> is a schematic representation of a first step in the method according to the invention, specifically a method step for producing a bangle;<Tb> FIG. 4 is a schematic representation of a second step in the method according to the invention, specifically also of a method step for producing a bangle; and<Tb> FIG. 5 and 6 each show a schematic representation of one of the bangle produced by means of the method according to the invention. Detailed description of the invention Referring to Figures 1 and 2, there is shown a conventional PET bottle F from which (as illustrated in Figure 2) various plastic elements (e.g., an annular portion R from the bottle body or the threaded portion for the closure G). Of course, other components of the PET bottle F (e.g., the bottom B or the top OT) may be used depending on the purpose. Moreover, it is quite conceivable to use other plastic elements as the starting material for the present invention. The threaded portion G is particularly suitable for the production of finger rings and the bottle main body is particularly suitable for the production of bangles or earrings. In the following, the production of a bangle is illustrated schematically, whereby this example should by no means be regarded as limiting. In Fig. 3, a step of the inventive method is shown schematically. Therein, the plastic element R provided (the ring cut out of the body of the PET bottle F) is subjected to a targeted heating by means of a heating element HK until this plastic element R has a predetermined temperature or a predetermined deformability. The radiator HK shown in Fig. 3 is a hair dryer but it is clear that other suitable radiator can be used. By heating, the deformability of the plastic element R is changed; Specifically, the plastic element R becomes softer or more deformable, whereby it can be better brought into a specific shape. This next step of the method according to the invention is illustrated schematically in FIG. It shows how the heated plastic element R is brought into the desired shape by means of a shaping element ZF. The shaping element ZF can be a "passive" element, ie one which is used only as a counterpart for the plastic element R. On the other hand, it is also conceivable to use an "active" element, in other words an element which has movable components in order to bring the plastic element R placed thereon into the desired shape. After this step with the Bring in the form of the heated plastic element R, the plastic element R can be subjected to a targeted cooling by means of a coolant. For example, the water cooled to a predetermined temperature may be used by spraying it onto the plastic element R or by immersing the plastic element R in a container filled with such water. Other coolants (e.g., a refrigerator or the like) may of course be used. It is important to note that it is quite conceivable and useful, these steps (ie, the step with the heating of the plastic element R as shown in Fig. 3, the step with the bringing in the form of the plastic element R as shown in Fig. 4 and the step of cooling the plastic element) several times in succession. Also, variations of it are conceivable; such as e.g. the cooling should be done only once, after repeated heating and molding. It is also readily conceivable that the plastic element is brought into the desired shape only after repeated heating and cooling. These various combinations can be applied depending on the intended use of the jewel, starting material or other parameters. After the plastic element R is finally brought to the desired shape by these steps, it can be reworked to complete the production of the piece of jewelry AR. Conceivable are various types of post-processing, in particular polishing or grinding of the surface, rounding of the cut edges, painting and / or attaching ornaments V. For decoration, for example glued or embedded in the plastic gems or other similar decorative elements may be. It is also conceivable to pour molten plastic over the surface of the jewelry to form special shapes. Another color or coating (e.g., gold paper) may also be used to make particular ornaments. Of course, it is conceivable to produce jewelry without ornamentation. Examples of finished pieces of jewelry AR (bracelets) are illustrated schematically in Figs. 5 and 6. In a similar way, however, earrings, finger rings, etc. can be made. Finally, it should be noted that the embodiments described here by way of example represent only a selection of possible implementations of the inventive ideas and should not be considered limiting. Those skilled in the art will understand that still other implementations of the invention and other elements are possible without neglecting the essential features of the invention. In particular, the individual elements of the jewelry can be offered in different colors and / or patterns. It is also conceivable to combine such pieces of jewelry with conventional materials (metal, leather, etc.) in order to achieve special aesthetic results.
